Our Mobile Home Park Program is designed to address the unique risks and exposures of mobile home park owners and operators. With over 40 years of experience in underwriting and insuring mobile home parks, CSIA can develop a custom insurance package to meet the needs of almost any mobile home community owner. Target classes include Mobile Home or Manufactured Housing Communities. Incidental RV exposure, mobile home sales and swimming pools may be considered.

In order to provide you with a package quote, we will need the following:
Complete Acord Application, including acord 125, 126, and 140
A Mobile Home Park Supplemental Application completed and signed by the insured
Loss Runs for the previous 5 years. If 5 years loss runs are not available, we can still consider your application with supporting documentation.
A copy of the most recent loss control inspection for the mobile home park and confirmation that all loss control recommendations have been complied with.
Does the insured have any business auto coverage in place for owned auto?
Provide a brief narrative explaining the insured's experience in the mobile home park industry and any other information that may help in underwriting the account.
