Jacob began his insurance career four years ago when he joined the CSIA team. Since that time, he has worked across multiple departments to refine his skills and identify the areas where he can deliver the greatest value to clients.

Career Progression

  • Account Management: Managed client portfolios end-to-end, building strong relationships and ensuring timely policy servicing.
  • Marketing & Underwriting (Individual Mobile Home Department): Crafted targeted marketing campaigns, analyzed risk profiles, and developed customized coverage solutions for mobile home owners.
  • Personal & Commercial Lines: Currently advises individuals and businesses on a broad spectrum of insurance products, from homeowners and auto policies to property, liability, and specialized commercial coverages.
